Before You Buy / General questions
What software do I need to edit the files?
It depends on the product — each listing clearly states what’s required. Check the listing’s specifications before purchasing to make sure you have the right software.
Are the photos in the previews included?
No. Preview images are shown to demonstrate what the design looks like when finished, but the photos themselves aren’t included in your download. Every template comes with clearly marked placeholder frames, so you can drop in your own photography instead.
Are the fonts included?
No, but if you choose to use them, they’re free and easy to get. Each product includes a PDF file named “Read me”, in which you will find the list of the fonts we used, along with direct download links (mostly via Google Fonts).
Can I use a template for my own business or with clients?
Yes. You’re free to use any of our templates for your own business or client work, including commercial use, and to customise them however you like. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template files themselves (as-is or edited) as a stand-alone product, or claim the template design itself as your own original creation for resale purposes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, securely processed through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Do you sell any physical products?
No, we do not sell physical products, only digital files.
Do you take custom design requests?
Sometimes, yes — it depends on the project. If you’re looking for a template that doesn’t currently exist in the shop and you’d like something designed specifically for you, get in touch with as much detail as you can (what you need, your timeline, your budget), and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can take on.
Just to clarify: this is for genuinely custom design work, not help customizing or editing a template you’ve already purchased.
I am not sure if a template is right for me, what can i do?

How do I get my files?
As soon as your payment goes through, you’ll get instant access to download your files — no shipping, no waiting.
I can’t open my files / something’s missing. What do I do?
Email us at contact@southquaydesign.com with your order number and a quick description of the issue, and we’ll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Since these are instant digital downloads, we’re not able to offer refunds for change of mind or if you’ve made an error. If something’s actually wrong — corrupted files, missing parts, or the product doesn’t match what was described — get in touch and we’ll make it right. Check our Refunds & Returns page for more details.
Do you offer support for editing the templates?
Unfortunately we don’t — we’re a small design studio, not software support. Our work is to design templates for creatives who already have the skills required to edit the files.
