What we sell
Everything in this shop is a digital product — design template files, delivered instantly, no physical items shipped.
A few things to know before you buy:
- Templates are built using different software depending on the product — usually Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator, and sometimes PowerPoint or Keynote for presentation templates. Each listing clearly states which software you’ll need to open and edit the file, so make sure you have the right one before purchasing.
- Preview images sometimes include stock photos or fonts used just to show off the design — these aren’t included in your download. Each listing spells out exactly what you’re getting.
Payment
Payment is handled securely through Stripe, which supports card payments — so we never see or store your card details.
Getting your files
Once payment goes through, you’ll get access to download your files right away — usually via a download link or your account on the site. If anything goes wrong with your download, just email us and we’ll sort it out.
Refunds
Because these are instant digital downloads, once you’ve downloaded your files, we’re not able to offer a refund for change of mind — this is standard for digital products, and by checking out you’re agreeing to this.
That said, if something’s actually wrong with what you received — corrupted files, missing parts, or the files don’t match what was described — email us and we’ll make it right, whether that’s a fix or a refund.

What you can (and can’t) do with a template
Once you buy a template, you’re free to:
- Use it for your own business, including client work
- Customize it however you like
- Use your finished designs commercially
It is strictly forbidden to:
- Resell or share the template files themselves (edited or not) as a product or resource
- Pass off the original design as something you created from scratch, for the purpose of reselling it as a template
All the designs and content on this site belong to South Quay Design.
We do our best to make sure everything works as described, but we can’t be held responsible for indirect losses from using our files.
